Installation
You can install the developed version of drugTargetScreen from GitHub:

To illustrate how the proposed translational framework can be used to help prioritize drug targets and accelerate the drug development process, we provided a step-by-step applied example to replicate three promising lipid-related therapeutics targets encoded by APOB, LDLR, and LPA loci on coronary artery disease, as detailed here.
Note: To run the applied example successfully, you have to edit the scripts with your own data, parameters, and physical paths.
